Battery Incident on Hwy 41 The Fox Valley Metro Police Department is looking for possible witnesses to a battery incident. On Wednesday, September 26th between 10:00pm and 11:00pm a driver was stopped by a vehicle driving behind him flashing it's headlights. The driver stopped on Hwy 41 northbound, in the area of Hwy 441 in Little Chute. When the driver exited his vehicle, he was beaten by several male parties from the other vehicle. The driver, a 22 year old Kaukauna man, sustained numerous injuries and required hospitalization. The Kaukauna man was driving a silver VW Beetle. It is unknown what type of vehicle the suspects were in. Anyone who may have witnessed this incident, or has information about the incident is asked to report it to the Fox Valley Metro Police at (920)788-7505.
