Crime Prevention Post Card

If you live in the Villages of Kimberly or Little Chute, you may be receiving a post card in the mail like the one shown below.

This simply means that an Officer on patrol observed a crime prevention concern at your residence.
Crime prevention is important to us at the Fox Valley Metro Police Department. After all, if we can prevent crime, it not only frees up our resources to be used elsewhere, but more importantly our citizens, who have played an active role in prevention, can feel safer in their community. We recently started a new program that should help prevent crime. We developed a post card that will be sent to homeowners when Officers see potential crime targets or things that could jeopardize someone's safety. The post card simply gives notice to the homeowner of an observed weakness. It is then up to the homeowner if they care to change the identified weakness or not. We hope that by working together, we will reduce neighborhood crime and make our community safer.

If you have any ideas on how to prevent crime, please share them with us by contacting Lt. Darius Parks at (920)788-7505 or send an e-mail by clicking here
